1. Summary
TYHI
is the only hi-tech enterprise in
China
specialized in researching, engineering, manufacturing,
marketing, consulting, and after-sales servicing of oil
film bearings. Every detail of the job is completed
independently by our selves.
The first bearing was
born in
50’
s, integrated bearing designing and manufacturing came
into practice in
60’
s, and we became able, in
70’
s, to design and manufacture hydrostatic &
hydro-dynamic bearings. Morgan manufacture technology
was once introduced in 1985.《TZ》Oil
Film bearing series are developed and optimized later by
ourselves. Thousands of integrated bearing have been
installed in hot mills, cold mills, slab mills, and
high-speed wire rod mills in
China
and overseas countries.
In order to adapt our
self to the development of China’s steel industry,
large scale revamping projects have been carried out,
vertical machining centers of digit control, and
milling-boring machines are introduced to have our
product finish promoted to grade μ,
and our product specification range is brought up to
2000mm
in diameter, today our products can take 160000kN of
load and are able to meet with the requirement of plate
mills up to 5 meters in plate width.
An Oil Film Bearing
research is established specially for basic theory study
and new product development, the institute is
facilitated with experimental equipment, product
designing and engineering are carried out.
We provide training fir
customer’s personnel and hold seminars for our
customers, in which specialists from
United States
and
England
gave their monographic speeches.
