Semi-mobile crusher station (SMCS), researched and produced by TYHI, is the crushing equipment for super heavy-duty open-pit metal mines. The gyratory crusher on this SMCS is from Metso , USA , models: 60-110E, 60-89 and 54-75 (feed opening size of crusher / max diameter of crushing cone are shown in inch). This SMCS is used for primary crushing of metal ores and hard rocks in mines with capacity of more than ten million tons.

7650 / 6100 / 3580 t/h SMCS is suitable for process of dumper-semimobile crusher station-conveyor. Materials are delivered by dumper from pit site to crusher station, then transferred to fixed conveyor through discharge conveyor after primary crushing via gyratory crusher.

This SMCS can adopt T1250 or T850 crawler conveyor to perform whole piece movement from top shell to bottom shell.
