1. General
Excavator
is one of the leading products of TYHI, it mainly
consists of mining excavator, bucket wheel excavator,
dragline, hydraulic excavator, ship grab dredger, etc.
More than 2000 sets different type excavators at present
time have been designed and manufactured. These products
are widely applied in large open-pit projects
construction areas such as metallurgy, coal mines,
hydropower station sites, water conservancy projects,
construction materials and petrochemical industry etc.
Mining excavators produced by TYHI
range from
4m³
to
55m³
. The
10m³
excavator developed by TYHI had won the Ministry Special
Prize of Science & Technology Progress and National
Best Quality Product Gold Prize.

Advanced Technology
Large mining excavator
has adopted state-of-art technology, like
three-dimensions imitation and definite circle analysis.
It is of reasonable performance, working dimensions and
exerts it’s
efficiency to fully play to enhance the matching ability
with all sorts of haul trucks, to better satisfy the
users' requirements of higher loading and lowest
producing cost. It selects materials reasonably and
optimize on structural parts such as working
attachments, central platform and undercarriage to
improve reliability of equipments. Meanwhile, it
improves the working condition of operators to make it
comfortable and safe.
The electric system
uses three stages of control system: PC monitoring, PLC
distribution control, rectifier feedback and
frequency-converting. The system has the following
features: a managing software for hoist/dig control self
adjusting; friendly interface to realize self
troubleshooting and running status display; materials
weighing; electric power calculating and so on. It is
characterized by optimal cutting curves optimization,
high efficiency and low power consumption.
