1. Survey
TYHI is the
manufacturing base for heavy-duty hydraulic press in China
. Aluminum, copper, steel, ferrous and non-ferrous
metals and carbon extrusion presses have been seriated.
The market share of home-made heavy and medium hydraulic
presses has reached over 90%, among which 20MN, 27.5MN,
36MN, 50MN, 75MN and 100MN aluminum presses have been
seriated and market share reached 100%. It has produced
25MN--42MN series flattening presses which are serving
automobile, railway and vehicle industries. It has
independently developed and produced 2X20MN, 2.5MNX40MN
and 7.5MNX36MN punching and drawing gas cylinder
production lines, which are at the leading position in
the country.
The forging
hydraulic presses include 63MN and 80MN quick forging
hydraulic presses under manufacture; 45MN, 36MN and
31.5MN free forging hydraulic presses, 60MN and 80MN die
forging hydraulic presses supplied. The design storage
of free forging hydraulic presses with series 31.5MN, 45
MN and 125MN, etc. have been completed.
TYHI has
supplied the corresponding trades with 50MN electrode
press and 18MN cutter-cutting sponge titanium press and
developed and manufactured pressure straightener.
