Our corporation, as the manufacturing base for plate levelers in China , has over 40 years of history in this field. Its design and processing capability has been at the leading level at home. For a long time we have produced over 400 plate levelers with various specifications and models, among that 17-roll and 21-roll series plate levelers have won National Good-Quality Product silver medal and gold medal respectively. Our corporation has a specialized plate leveler design institute, working out the national machinery standards such as JB1466 -7” Series Parameters for Roll-Type Plate Levelers” and JB/T3164-94 “Technical Conditions for Roll-Type Plate Levelers”. Over years it has, in consecutive cooperation with well-known foreign firms such as Germay , America and Japan , etc, designed and manufactured plate levelers, accumulated rich technical information and design experiences, providing the customers both at home and abroac with good quality levelers.

2. 11-Roll Plate Leveler

This leveler is used for leveling various bending and other deformation of steel plates. The bending stress of steel plates may be eliminated and in the meantime the levelness of steel plates improved as well through levelling.

3. 15-Roll Plate Leveler

The 15-roll variable- roll- distance and variable-roll-neck plate leveler is mainly designed for processing stainless steel hardened plates with high strength and big thickness, and military steel plates. It is a brand-new type of machine with international technical level.
