Survey The
piercing mills produced by TYHI mainly
include two-high Mannesmann piercing mill,
two-high cone piercing mill and three-high
piercing mill, realizing the
standardization and seriation of products.

The two-high Mannesmann piercing mill is mainly
used for 50-100 mill trains. For
recent years Φ508 and Φ630 two
–high Mannesmann piecing mills have
been produced.

The two-high cone piercing mills mainly include Φ76, Φ90, Φ120 , Φ140,Φ160 and Φ200 cone piercing mill trains. Besides, Φ2000 cone
piercing mill train has been produced.
Currently, it is the largest cone
piercing mill train in the world.

The three-high piercing mills mainly include Φ76, Φ108 and Φ170
three-high piercing mills.
2. Dragon
Piercing Mill
The
dragon piercing mill train has been a
record-set product designed and
manufactured by TYHI itself since its
establishment, which is listed at the No.1
among world’s similar products. It is
the “century project” in the
seamless pipe trade, no pipe mill in our
country could be compared with it. It has
been listed at the Record of the
machine-building industry in our country.
