1. Survey

The pipe mills produced by TYHI mainly include three-high pipe mill train, Diescher pipe mill train and continuous pipe mill train, with main rolling process having motion-limit rolling, full floating rolling and half-floating rolling.

• The three-high pipe mill trains mainly include ΦΦ76, Φ108, Φ140 and Φ170 three-high pipe mill trains.

• The Diescher mill mainly includes Φ50 and Φ76 Diescher pipe mills trains.

• The pipe mill train mainly includes Φ159 five-housing pipe mill. 

2. Φ170 Thee-High Pipe Mill Train

Φ170mm 3-rolling tube  mill set manufactured by TYHI in cooperation with DEMAG, Germany. User is Daye Steel mill and product specification: Ø50~180X6~22X4100~15000mm.

3.  Φ108 Pipe Mill

The Φ108 three-high pipe mill train is mainly used for hot rolling varieties of carbon steel pipes and high-alloy steel pipes as well.

4. Φ159 Pipe Mill Train

The Φ159 Mini-MPM train is the first Mini-MPM pipe mill train designed and manufactured by TYHI itself in our country. For this train MPM rolling technology is adopted, which is the latest technology for producing seamless pipes, reaching the international advanced level at the time.

5. LG200 Tube Cold Rolling Mill

Tube Cold Rolling Mill mainly used for under normal temperature  rolling non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal, stainless steel as well as high alloy steel and high precision thin wall tubes. TYHI had manufactured: LG-150,LG-120 and LG-200 Tube  Cold Rolling Mills.
